How can I place an order?
Find the product you like. Choose your size & add to basket. Then choose whether you want to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
What are the different payment options?
Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Mastercard.
Are there any additional charges to my order?
For the shipment you pay a fee depending on your location. The shipping rates are stated on our check-out page. Shipping in the Benelux is free for purchases over €130.
How can I contact Monar?
You can fill in the contact form on the website or e-mail us directly at online@monar.be.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be changed or cancelled if the order has not left our store yet. Contact online@monar.be if you wish to cancel or change something.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Online orders are shipped on Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings. The delivery period is +/- 4 working days. International deliveries can take up to 7 working days, depending on the courier in the country where the package is sent to. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace information from DPD as soon as your order left our store.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is handed over to DPD, you will receive an e-mail with track & trace information.

An item is missing from my order/I have received the wrong item.

Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes, you can always return an item up to 14 days after delivery.
How can I return an item?
Send the goods in their original packaging to the return address accompanied by the corresponding return form or pass by our store to return/exchange your items.
Who pays for shipping when an item is returned/exchanged?
Shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item are paid by the customer.
Do I get my money back when I return something?
After we've received your return package, the refund for the paid amount will be deposited into your bank or credit card account within 7-14 working days. For returns in store, the refund will be made in the same way.
